    Hi! I'm Angie Miller, M.S., LCMHC, Speaker, Writer, Educator, Podcaster & Mental Health Therapist and my mission is to blend my skills and expertise to empower mid-life women worldwide, giving them mental and physical strategies for success. 

    I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Certified Yoga Alliance RYT with 200 Hours of Training, and have over 25 years of experience in fitness and health.

    I cared for my mom through her battle with dementia, all while raising my daughters and working full time. I felt lonely, overwhelmed, and lost.

    I know how difficult it can be to table your emotions, your own personal stress, as you try to mitigate everyone else’s. But I also know the long-term health implications of doing that, and I don’t want you to do it alone. 

    I learned the hard way that our body keeps the score. We may not see it on the outside, but the inside starts keeping track, and stress takes its toll...

    THAT'S WHY I CREATED THIS RETREAT

    Because I know that stress is lifelong journey. I know that ruminating thoughts can weigh us down. 

    I also know that while we can never predict what might come our way, we can gain tools to see our way through and setbacks. 

    We can learn how to move forward with greater strength and resilience. We can learn how to manage negative internal dialogue, overcome limiting beliefs, and get out of our own way.
